Its memory function saves the selected menu, loaf size and crust setting for convenient repeat use. Up to four personalized menus can be created by adjusting individual kneading, resting, rising and baking cycle times. Fermentation and baking temperatures can also be customized to accommodate different recipes.

Additional features include a 15-hour delay timer, 1-hour keep-warm function, 15-minute power interruption recovery, add-nuts and remove-paddle alerts, and a 2.5-inch LCD. The removable bread pan has a food-grade nonstick coating, and the included recipe book contains 77 recipes.
