3.ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required by law.

5.SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered to eligible residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to military bases or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Shipping availability, order processing information, and estimated delivery details are provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

6.ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before your order ships. We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed because orders may enter processing quickly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

7.RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return authorization is required before sending any product back. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fee is charged.
