Shipping policy
SHIPPING AREA
BREADEASE ships to eligible physical residential and commercial addresses within all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, military addresses, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders delivered to physical residential and commercial addresses within all 50 U.S. states. No minimum purchase is required.
Optional expedited, special-handling, address-correction, or redelivery fees may apply when clearly disclosed before payment or communicated when applicable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (ET, UTC-5), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside our processing schedule will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after shipment.
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–11 business days, including processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
BREAD MAKER DELIVERIES
Bread makers are delivered in protective shipping packaging. Depending on the package size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements, a signature, valid telephone number, special handling, or delivery appointment may be required.
Unless specifically stated on the product page, standard delivery does not include unpacking, installation, product setup, countertop placement, removal of protective packaging, or disposal of shipping materials.
Customers are responsible for providing an accessible and safe delivery location that can receive the package.
CARRIERS
Depending on product size, weight, destination, and availability, orders may ship through USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another approved carrier. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may require 24–48 hours to become active and begin displaying movement.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact support@breadease.com within 24 hours after placing your order if an address correction is required. Include your order number and complete corrected shipping address.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before processing or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional carrier, address-correction, or redelivery fees caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted.
MISSING OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and building office, and contact the carrier first. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can assist with an investigation. Any replacement or refund may be subject to the carrier’s investigation results.
Report visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries to support@breadease.com within 7 calendar days after delivery whenever possible. Include your order number and photographs or video of the product, packaging, received components, and shipping label.
